At Be Frsh, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unopened and gently used beauty products. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
